Hi sir,

I bought the new handset Samsung B210 GSM handset on 22/12/2008 from TERMINAL (SALORA RETAIL VENTURES LTD.) D/89 Opp. Laxmi Narayana Mandir, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. The handset doesn't contain an IMEI though the same is printed on the packaging and the chipset of the handset. My services are being debbared time and again and I get irritating calls from my service provider regarding missing IMEI. Also, my RELIANCE GSM SIM fails to operate on this handset due to invalid IMEI.

I am facing a hell lot of problems for the reasons I am not responsible for.

I approached the SAMSUNG customer care center and they are asking me to leave the handset for 15 days without providing for a standby. I have complained several times in the past 20 days to the samsung complaint center but no fruitful response has been received from them as of yet. The handset would become a piece of junk after the 30th of this month as all the handsets without a valid IMEI would be debbared from functioning.

Please help me getting rid of this problem.
