Dear sir,

my name is meenakshi gupta, i am using nokia cell phones for last 4 yrs i
never experienced any problem with any of my hand set till now. i bouht my
nokia n70 in nov 2008 i was happy with the services but in apr 26th 2009
suddenly my screen got white and then i approached nokia care sec2 in noida,
i deposited my ph on 27th of apr at that time they asked me to take it back
on 28th but next day they called me up and said that there is some problem
so it'll take 4-5 days more. so i said ok and on 9th may they called me up
and said that my cell is repaired now. as soon as i took that in my hand i
realised that my keypad was totally jamed keys were not working then i
enquired then they told me that its key pad is not working so they'll take
10 more days for its repair. so again i politly said ok and after taht they
called me after 10-11 days and said that it can not be repaird and i need to
pay 3500 for its reair.

now you tell me sir wat was my fault i bought nokia ph is it my fault or i
trusted ur care ceneter is it my falut. if it can not repaired then they
should inform me on time and on the very first day i asked them that if it
can be repaired with 2000 rs only then repair it otehr wise no need. they
assured me abt that even on my job sheet its written clearly that my ph had
prb with display and it will cost 2000 rs and i agreed for that.

Now my ph is totally dead its keys are not wokring, display is totally
blank, it got lot of scracthes, i am not able to open my memroy card
section..nothing is working. i need my ph back as i depostited it 1 month
back if u can not repair it.
