Hello sir,

I had purchased the nokia 3600 mobile phone in the nokia show room near CMH road
Bangalore on 27/04/09.

I taught of gifting it to my parents, so I went to Chennai (which is my native). and
opened the mobile on may 1st(Friday) ..since it was an auspicious day for us,,


Immediately I found that the mobile keys are not working ,so I brought to bang lore
the same mobile back, gave to the show room which I had purchased, since it had
exceeded the 3 days they told me to


Contact care center(nokia)..but not even 24 hrs the same problem persist again. so I
had given to the mobile phone were I had purchased.


He told me that he will talk with is head and let us know the solution for
that...but the next day he says that ..my mobile is in NOIDA...(head of nokia
service center-Delhi)...


It will take 12 business days to get cleared..


I don't know what to do. please suggest me what I need to do...
