My Sony ericsson Mobile Hand set with IMEI number of set is 35876703-210152-1 is Just 1 year old set and i went for it's servicing in Harkrishan Services UG-26 ,Suneza tower 2, District Center Janakpuri on dec-04-2010. As per work order number SE310HKS12132, They have replaced Part number 1204-8458(H-H-FPC) and After a month it started malfunctioning with the same problem and i went their again Around Jan 8 2011, They again did something and it was fine. Today when i went to them again since it is showing similar problem again they told me that it contains a local FLUX installed in it and on investigation they say that i might have got it installed it somewhere else rather than at their service center. Since They serviced it and i was not present their at service point How can i believe that they had installed original component in my Hand set at the time of it's servicing. As per MR Aman present their They have installed an orginal component at the time of it's servicing it means it should have functioned for at least 3 months since it was in warranty at that time. Since i Believed that at service center those fellows might have installed an original component at the time of service i feel cheated by them now since they say that it has an local component installed. The set is just 13 months old and i am approaching Consumer court to get a new set or give them the details that was the part number available at center when i got it serviced and if it was available why they are saying that the installed component in my set is local and not original one. This mail is just an intimation to you that be informed that i had informed you about Total mismanagement and theft in Sony ericsson Service centers. I want installation of original components again and that too without paying anything for it, since the component which they have installed in it is just 1.5 months old if they had installed an original part it should be functioning for at least 3 months.
