Helo Friend,
As expected your company again showed a frustating
response by again further delaying the date of my mobile
repairement.Now what will you tell me buddy??? You know as suggested
by you I asked the customer care for the mail ID of any top management
so that atleast for the first time an average citizen can send his
view about his company to the top management.But I earlier told you
that the customer care executives sitting in Delhi are just
illmannered.
I talked with them very rudely and they asked me to
talk professionally otherwise they wud disconnect the call.So I talked
professionally and still they didnt have any answers.They told that
now I'll get my mobile on 7-3-11 definitely.They have done this 5
times giving me 5 dates already,saying that I'll get the mobile
definitely.Now you tell me how should I believe them.I am much more
professional tthan them.I am a B.Tech 4th year student got places in
HCL as a Soft.Engg.
I can do nothing except crying and pulling my hairs.I
know the whole company ***** and will continue to ****.Specially for
me I have never seen such a ****** performance by any company.My
friend can you just tell me what should I do now.I can't go further
cuz I don't have patience anymore.
Since 3
months they are consistently giving me dates and I don't have the
mobile yet.I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE ON 7-12-10 AND HAVN'T GOT IT YET.DOES
ANYONE HAS ANY EXPLANATIONS.WHAT I HAVE FELT IS THAT THE COMPANY JUST
***** AND THEIR SERVICE QUALITY IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD.

So its a request that is anything
going on with my case.and if yes then please tell me.Its been 3 months and I am fedup really.Everything I have written is totally by a disappointed customer.Please don't say that you don't have concern with the sony ericsson cuz SONY INDIA and SONY ERICSSON are differnet companies.I don't know that all things,I just need some explanation.So please help me.
