Dear Sir,

I bought an LG OPTIMUS 1 (P-500) model phone from the Mobile Store, Gopinath Bazaar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi on 12 Feb 2011. I have the following complaints against the Mobile Store:-

Firstly, I was sold a used phone. The phone accessories should include a User Manual, which I did not find when I reached my residence and inspected in detail all the contents. That the User Manual is an accessory is clearly indicated on the phone's cover box. I had to go back to the store the same day (12 Feb 11) to get the User's Manual. The staff gave me evasive answers.

Secondly, the SD Card has two videos (small clips) dated 09 Feb 2011, which therefore, have been recorded before I bought the phone. The clips show a bathroom and a living / bed room at night. This proves that I was not sold a new phone with a brand new SD Card (factory set).

Thirdly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, it is the staff that is to blame. The two gentlemen there very patiently explained the virtues of the phone to me. When I indicated that I would like to buy the phone, the person took out the phone box and without any warning opened the phone box without proving to me that the SEAL of the box was previously intact. He then showed me the contents and then packed the bag again. I was barely given any time or guidance in the process. I believe that a salesperson in a reputed store like Moble Store would be honest and truthful, and as can be seen I made a mistake. I must add that that User's Manual was given to me after tampering and opening the seal of another brand new unsold phone box. And all this while, when I asked whether the phone was brand new, I was always given the answer that the phone was brand new. The staff of the Mobile Store was unprofessional and unethical.

I would like the following compensation / action to be taken:-

(a) Full exchange of my LG OPTIMUS 1 (P-500) cell phone with all accessories with a brand new LG OPTIMUS -1 (P-500) cell phone, without any extra payment.
(b) Formal action to be taken against the staff of the Mobile Store, Gopinath Bazaar, Delhi Cantt. There are two gentlemen involved, name of one gentleman is Mr Ritesh, the other gentleman appeared to be in charge of the Store.
