I had purchased Nokia 5230 in Jun 2010. Initially it started getting problem of frequently shut down. I went to Nokia care and they done a temporary arrangement. After that it got crashed while I was using internet. then I again submitted in Nokia Care, Madgaon (Goa) on 13 Nov 2010. I visited that office many times on their intimation. but every time I found my handset with the same problem. Even three times they gave me assurance of swap of the handset with the new one from Nokia. But after three months in Feb 2011 I got the same handset with new software installed, which was of Nokia 5233. There is more than Rs 1000 difference in price of Nokia 5230 & Nokia 5233. And the second thing is Nokia 5230 comes with 3G network facilities, whereas Nokia 5233 is having only 2G services. I want to launch complaint against Nokia.
