Hi,

My Self kiran and i bought the handset E5 on this diwali and after a month the phone start swiched off while during the call or if i charge the battery and after that it will take 15-20 minutes to swiched on.I had taken my phone on 11 Dec 10 to Nokia Care, Lajpat Nagar Branch and they taken my phone and give me back on monday and told me that they format and now i need to format my memory card. but the problem stand there only. Next day when i taken back they said as they can not take my phone back because in front of them its not getting swiched off, so i come back to my place.
This sunday my phone finally dead as the softwear was curropted, so again they did the same thing which they did last time. Also as before the problem was there itself. Today i again visited nokia care lajpat branch and after my request they now sending my phone to Company.

I could not open any email facility in this handset, and as this is the business phone. I spend 11,300/- to buy this phone, so i need to replace this handset now and want some other handset of NOKIA, as every body knew that they have problme in there E series. My friend also facing the same problem.

I request you to kindly take my complain as a serious note and replace me the handset.
