I purchased sony xperia10 on 3rd January,2011from Bhavnagar. From the day one the instrument was not functioning properly. It switches off automatically. When I complaint about this to the dealer, he sent me to the service centre. I visited service centre for several times. But according to the service centre, the mother board needs to get replaced. But the mother board is out of stock so it will take more time. I have waited more than 10 days but now this is limit.
I am really shocked by your poor product and service.

When customer spends more than Rs. 25000 for SO CALLED Smart phone, he expects some peace of mind. I am repenting on my decision to buy sony xperia10. I may never suggest anybody to buy this SO CALLED Smart phone.
