Dear Sir,
Most respectfully,i want to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased fly mobile which is not working from the day i have purchased.On repeated requests,visits and complaints,the company is not ready to replace my handset nor for cash back.Even on threatening them that i would go to consumer court,the company says we are not afraid of that.
Please take necessary action against such fraud companies and also do the needful in my case at earliest.
I would be highly thankful and obliged.
