This is with reference to my handset (X10 Mini) that was deposited at the service center in Dwarka (careon) for repair on 28 NOV 2010.

WO Number : SE310CD W10331 ; Problem Reported : Touchscreen not working properly (no physical damage) and UNDER Warrenty

Th started observing issue with Touchpad within one month of the date of purchase. In the last 3 months no resolution provided to the problem by Sony ericsson and I have been calling
retentlessly (in call center - 011 39011111) from last 2 months, but the issue seems lingering now for too long. It is incorrect to keep a cusomter on hold for 3 months with no clear communciation.

Moreover, when I called up today, it was told that Sony ericsson has shut the Service center where my Mobile was sent for repair. This is unacceptable and not expected from company like Sony ericsson and with this kind of popular handset. Another call center representative told me that may another month to fix but refused to give any commitment.

I would want a REFUND or REPLACEMENT for this SONY Ericsson mobile phone. I am suprised that the SOny ericsson take 4 months to solve a problem and has no provsion for a refund or a replacement.

Please suggest how to take this forward
