    Default Bagittoday.com------The cheater

    I have purchased LG KF240 from bagittoday.com on 4th Jan 2011. Order details are-

    Billing id - 1001689019

    Order no - TRNPL/DLI/10-11/175655

    I recieved the product on 5th Feb 2011.The delivered product has lot less feature than the described one.

    Few dissimilarities----

    1. Screen was mentioned 3'' but actual screen 2''

    2. It was mentioned its a touch screen phone but it was not.

    3. Internal memory was told 176 MB but actual internal memory is 20 MB.

    4. It does not have side scroll as described.

    5 . It doesn't have document viewer, Pre installed Google Maps , touch optimized browser.

    I have screen shot of the product description page. This is a CHEATING.

    Please help me to file a case in consumer court against bagittoday.com
