On 26th Oct. 2010 i bought a mobile handset of "Nokia N8" whose IME number is 3526840455458808 worth rupees 23500/- in cash from a local mobile selling shop named Venkateshwara Distributors Pvt. Ltd. Shakapur, Delhi. with a proper bill of the purchase. After 9 days handset started creating micke problem i.e.(Poor outgoing audio quality) in which listener could not hear properly. On visiting to the Shopkeeper refused to help, and asked me to go to authorized Nokia Care Centre(Service station). i went to the service station whose name, address & contact number is " VARUN ENTERPRISES, WA-84 SHAKARPUR, DELHI- 110092 PH. 01132911410. The executives at the service station took the handset & ask me to come after one week. Next time when i went collect the phone problem was not solved. Second time executives took over handset confidently & says that handset would be changed after 10 days. After 10 Days I got new Handset Nokia N8. But Next day handset was again started creating Problem of same type. Third time services centre executive took over the handset for repair & sent to company for repair or replacement. During the course, when i was using the phone because of its poor quality audio system It cause a loss of around Rs. 150000/- due to deal in share market trading. . i fail to understand if a handset worth Rs. 23500/- behaves then where is the quality of the product with the poor quality of the handset I suffered problem for almost 3 months. I would like you to take proper action against the concerned company. And please arrange to refund the amount i have paid to buy the product. I would like to be compesetated for mental agony I have suffed & the financial losses i have suffered because of their poor quality of the product and the negligence.
