I have bought a Motorola back flip mobile phone, Since then I have been facing problem with the calls as mentioned below
1. Call does not get connected
2. If the call gets connected, either of party calling or called can’t hear the voice
3. if call gets connected and both the party can hear the voice, the call gets dropped after sometime
4. If all the above cases works fine then the phone gets hang and gets restarted

I went to the customer service department, they upgraded the software, still the problem is the same.

Customer service shop people say it’s the problem with the handset and Vodafone combination, I have changed my SIM and the same SIM works fine with other handsets (Samsung, Nokia).

No one is ready to listen at the customer care, I spoke to Mr. “Ravi Sabarwal” at customer care and he was of no help.
