As per your support regarding my complaint, They (sony ericssion) call me &
told me that they r going to replace my handset,bt after 6 or 7 days they
didnt give ny information like when dey r replacing or how much tim it will
take,wenever i called him dey told me to call after 2-3 days,wen again i
call him dey say it same.please help me.i m really very upset bcoz of
it,without having cell i m facing so many problems.at least they should
inform me dat wats going on.....

With reference to the above; I wish to inform you that the above mentioned cell
phone purchased from you on 19.09.2008 vide your bill No. mah/01153/00001/7739 and
in the month of March 2009, it was not functioning properly. Hence, it was sent to
your Service Centre Green Dot Telecom, Kalyan City for repairing on 10th March, 2009
after the servicing, you have returned it back on 27st, March, 2009. Again on 19th
May 2009, it was returned to your service centre for repairing as same problem was
developed.. I have approached personally to your service centre many times and they
have stated that the specific part is not available with them so they are not able
to repair it.

Hence, I have complained you by the Email and you gave me case reference No.73492650
and 73492661. After several Email dt. 30.05.09, 04.06.09, 5.06.09, 09.06.09,
14.06.09, 17.06.9, 22.06.09, 25.06.09, 26.06.09 and the telephone discussion dated
13.06.09, 25.06.09, 26.06.09& 27.06.09 you have given me the case no. SE 1613-2054.
But till date the above mobile was not repaired at your end and also you are not
responding.
.
I also inform you that, I am a L.I.C Agent and you know very well today the
insurance business compaign 99% is running on mobile phone. For the sake of same
business above mobile phone was purchased. Due to non availability of mobile phone,
my business is hampered and the results for the last 40 days I have lost
Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One lakh Only) .

I, once again, request you to replace my mobile phone /cash back within 3 days
otherwise; I will take necessary legal action against you which may please note.
