Subject : Hardware fault with “Samsung Corby”

This is to inform you that the “Samsung Corby” mobile set which has
Been bought from “Purasaiwakkam” show room reported with lots of technical
Issues in terms of software and hardware, from the time of purchase.

According to the “Warranty” agreements, the services must be free of
Cost on occurrence of any fault.
The Services centers demands for extra charge stating that the fault
Is with mother board .
Please understand my position ,its been hard to survive and buy
A cell and keep on spending money behind it..

Hopefully you will never let the public to be demotivated and take bad picture
