My brother has an X6 within warranty, and it was not charging. Hence, gave it to Nokia Care. They said Charging pin is not working properly and hence need to shell out Rs.1200/-. When he insisted that its under warranty and need to be replaced in free they said its hardware problem and could not do anything unless paid. Hell, he paid the money and now when he tries to set the alarm from the screen its giving "System Error" message. He took it again to Nokia Care, now they are saying once its hardware repaired, its warranty with hardware is gone! Hence, he will need to pay again if the it needs to be flashed or any other repairs.
