Dear Sir/ Madam,

I want to register a complain against sony ericsson mobile phone, i had purchased T715 mobile in 26th Jan, 2010 but from the 2th month this phone starts getting problem, now customer care/ Service Center are saying that this is hard ware problem we have forwarded to chennai for repairing, but from last 2 month still i have not received my phone.
Work order no - SE310CPT10728
Please suggest how to proceed.
