i bought a new samsung 5510 Android mobile phone from Hotspot Lajpat Nagar. They commited that it will have a baatery back up of & hrs. (Talking time), but the battery drains out in 2 hours. when we visited again at Hotspot, they said that they are not liable for this. Please advise what can be done.
