I had purchased a new nokia 5530 phone on 1/04/2010. It worked fine but after 8 months the camera stopped working and i went to nokia care and they told that the handset cannot be repaired and provided me with a new one.but now the problem is that the replaced handset hangs after every 20 minutes. I tried everything including hard,soft rest,formatting memory card and even gave it to nokia care.they told that they have fixed the problem but the problem persisted.how many times will i have to go to nokia center.the replaced model i got was bearing scratches on it too.my odel phone just worked fine but the camera was not workin .iit did not hang ever.please replace this handset.
