I bought a Samsung Wave S8500 mobile on 12.07.2010. I aciddentally broke my screen on 4th December and have been trying since then to get it replaced. I am willing to pay. However the customer care executives tell me that the mobile has been discontinued and spares are not available. While the company can certainly discontinue its products it doesnt mean they stop providing service to people who bought those products. It has been over 2 months and yet i have received no help at all.
I registered complaints at GNH Telecom, Noida and a service centre in ganga shopping complex, noida. Neither of them have helped

P.S. The mobile was worth Rs 17500 and they are saying that when ,if, spares are available it will cost me Rs6000. However i am willing to pay that obscene amount if they could just get my mobile repaired.
