Good morning,I submitted my SONY ZYLO mobile to the service center on
7-12-10 and its been two months that I have not got it yet.I am not
able to understand that whether SONY has newly learned how to provide
service to their customers or is there anything else that SONY is
doing???

No one has time to wait for two months,rather its a better idea to throw the mobile and buy a new branded one.This is the reason that SONY has never been at the top in the mobile field with the giants like NOKIA.Now SAMSUNG is ready to give a tough competition to NOKIA and the whole INDIA can see the result.

I am fedup waiting for my mobile.What should I do???SONY can't even repair a
mobile in one month atleast and its a matter of surprise to me that how they are running a company.
