I purchased a micromax A60 mobile on 12.12.2010 from Dolphin Enterprises B 6/16 shoping Complex Safdarjung Enclave for rs 6800 (cash Memo No.6675 dated 12.12.2010. From the second day the mobile started hanging. It hangs three to four times a day. I took the mobile to the Technocare, Lajpat Nagar, the authorized Centre for repair. They attended me on13th Jan 2011 vide their Customer Job Card No. 1377346. The mobile was returned on 18. Jan. 2011. But it kept hanging. I resubmitted the mobile on 26.1.201, the customer job Card was issued vide No. 1530146 after further repair. It is still hanging. Micromax Co is disgrace. They must take back this mobile and refund my money.
