    Angry Incomplete Order from BagItToday

    Sir,
    I had purchased one mobile LG GM730 online from BagItToday.com on 10/12/2010 by making payment through my Manhattan Credit Card for Rs.10,498/-. I received the order on 11/01/2011 vide their Invoice No.TRNPL/DLI/10-11/72112 dt. 28/12/2010 and when I opened the packet I found that some meterial is damaged and one Memory Card of 2GB is missing. I filed complaints to there customer care vide complaint no.4290 & 4326 on dt.11/01/2011 and again on 21/01/2011 I filed another complaint No.13687. I have also send compalints to them via email but they have not send the material till now. Whenever I contact them on customer care number they alsway asked for another 15 days.

    I would reuqest you to please look into the matter
