I am really frustrated with the nokia service. This is my first nokia phone which i bought from nokia and which would be my last phone due to the pathetic service that they are offering me. I had bought my phone in the month of September 2010 and within 2 months the following problem pops up.
The main issue with my phone is the charging and headphones socket. The
phone does not charge when connected to the charger. When the headphones are
plugged in, the person whom I am communicating with hears a 'buzzz' sound
Luckily nokia service centre were able to sort out the charging problem but still the (When the headphones are plugged in, the person whom I am communicating with hears a 'buzzz' sound.)problem is not sorted out. Tell me how long a customer can wait. I had given my phone for service on 4.12.2010 and still the problem is not sorted out. Every time they call me to inform that the problem is sorted out and you can come and collect the phone but only thing is i had to come personally and check the phone and confirm them the problem is still there. Are they lacking technical skills or are they happy to fool a customer? Will they be ready to bear the expenses of visiting your kodambakkam (chennai) nokia care centre for almost 8 times with no resolution. Seriously if anyone put up in such a situation will they be happy?????
I know i am really harsh here but you know what, i know that nokia has every intention not to replace my phone for the above problem and my warranty period is valid just for 6 months. If they keep on extending the time for servicing a simple issue they may well tell that the warranty period is over and replacement cannot be done. I dint want that to happen. Why should a cmr face such a difficulty just because nokia care personnel just doesn't have the simple technical knowledge of resolving a simple technical problem?
Another highlight here is each and every time i go to the nokia care office they give me a new job sheet (another criminal activity or what so ever) closing the old one stating the problem has been wrongly captured in the old job sheet. First i dint realize i need to keep a track of the old job sheet nos. but after that i starting noting down the nos myself even though they don't give a copy of the sheet when they say it is closed.
Even the personnel in the nokia care office tells me that he doesn't know why the problem is not getting resolved. Then why don't they replace my phone? How long they want me to suffer? How long do they want me to be without a phone?
If you can do something about this i would be really happy.
