I purchased samsung metro S3500,it had problems from the day one. Its battery back was miserable...I got it replaced..then after 6 month it became pathetically slow,started hanging and by the tenth month of warranty it became totally dead. I asked the company for replacement because I always felt my phone was not up to the standard and was of inferior quality. I mailed them dozens of time,they didnt reply..I called them but they didnt replace. Ultimately I had to get it repaired by the samsung service centre.

now it has just been 3 months out of warranty and phone is suddenly dead again...its not working at all. So now this is proven that the quality of SAMSUNG is really pathetic..now they are denying replacement citing that product is out of warranty period and want me to bear the repairing expences. Most importantly they are very irresponsive. I mailed them my complain 2 weeks ago and was mailed back that concerned departmrnt will get back to me. I waited till today. Today I callled them 4 times..every time customber care replied that all the technicians were busy and that they would call back but no one called.


Now these are my quetions to SAMSUNG-
1)When I requested for replacement during warranty period, why didn't SAMSUNG feel the need to even get my mobile checked for quality concerns?
2)with such terrible after sale service and such tortoise speed grievance redressal system....do they think they can sustain for long?
3)Dont they have test centres to test the product quality standards?

I seriously want to take this case to consume court..much because of the way I have been treated....plz help
