Dear Sir,

My Nokia e-72 Key Pad started coming out within six months of purchase.

Visit to Nokia care centre and further correspondence with them is of no use, everytime they give new case Id with a promise to revert AFTER 48 hours...which never happens.

Now no other option is left but to lodge the complaint.

Pl advise how to proceed further.
