Dear sir/madam

I am Amit Kumar from New Delhi. I have bought a NOKIA 5230 last year, we have faced some problem with this keypad, at presently it in warrenty period. so i have delivered to nokia care, they delay day by day to returning my mobile handset, whenever i go there they commit that your mobile will be deliver within 2 days or 3 days. but yet they do not return my mobile. now i'm facing many problem. plz. suggest what i do.
