This is regarding my new handset purchase in April 2010 with one year guarantee and after 7 months only handset stop working, The handset got repair in authorized videocon service center two time but the problem is same.

Kindly help me how can i ask my money back form company. Reported the case to all the respective email of the company but not get any reply.
