Key pad of the handset started coming out within six months of purchase.

No response from Nokia care centre.

Corresponding with them for last two months, everytime they gave new case ID with a promise to revert AFTER 48 hrs, probabaly that day may not come.

Want to lodge the complaint through consumer court.

Kindly confirm how to proceed further.
