I bought my mobile model Sony Ericssion W580 from The Mobile Store on 11/1/2009. After nearly 4 Months on 24/4/2009 the noticed the headphones were not working properly due to a problem with headphone connector of the handset.
Being in the warrantee period I approached the Sony Ericssion Service Centre (Lajpat Nagar). I submitted my mobile on 24/4/2009. The phone was repired and returned to me the next day i.e. on 25/4/2009.
But the same problem occurred two weeks later, and I again submitted the phone on 8/5/2009. And when I retrieved my phone on 12/5/2009 I noticed a problem with the speaker. Even more, the phone completely shutoff the on same evening. From a small problem with headphone the mishandling by the people of the Service Centre had led to my phone being completely dead.
Again , the next day ,I took the phone to the Service Centre, that was on 13/5/2009, since then it has been a very negligent approach by the people of the Service Centre. Even after repeated visits and calls they keep forwarding the date of return bringing up new excuses.
It is now nearing a month since I have been putting up with the incompetent and slack behavior. It seems they are not serious toward their customer’s grievances.
I request you to kindly help me in getting my hand set repaired or replaced if it is not possible to repair this faulty set .
