Respected Sir/Madem,
I have purchased NOKIA E5 from the Mobile Store , Vastrapur Ahmedabad on 31st Oct 2010, just 2 months Back with 11,500=00 INR.

Model :- Nokia E5-00
Now Within 2 month phone was dead and I was out of station, So I went to Mumbai Nokia Care,
They took 9-10 days for fixing the issue, and finally they replaced whole unit (NOKIA - E5 with new IMEI no 355949041902585)
And my concern is that they charged me 3,200=00 INR to replace bad nokia unit.

and question is that Nokia company replaced whole defected unit with the new unit,
So why they charged me 3200 RS as service charge and also service centre peole did not provide us proper receipt for charged 3200 RS

I purchased just 2 months back high range phone and again I paid 3,200 INR ,
this is just unacceptable at all specially when I purchased handset from The Mobile Store limited.
Because The Mobile Store limited is the brand name of the Trust for the Esteem client.
So request you to pls do the needful and let me know how and when can I get my charged 3200 INR back.
