i recently gave my nokia 6610 mobile handset to nokia care in faridabad as it had a problem of restriction code.
my phones battery ws also dead so nokia care had to arrange for the battery.
but to my surprize after 10days they could not arrange for the battery what to talk of the original problem.
hence they did not even switch on the phone and i ws given an estimated cost of rs 450.
moreovr finally they asked me to take my cellphone back as they were unable to repair it still i ws charged the service charge.
now i dont know for what reason i had to pay the service charge as no service was given to me.
