Description : -
1. I purchased Samsung GT-B5722 (Touch Screen Mobile) in Feb.2011.
Error Symptoms: -
1. From Day one my mobile phone get Automatically Re-Start after 2~3 Hours , within Call , and i received New Message.
2. I am not able to Install any Java Application.
3. Some time my Mobile phone Screen Light get too much sharp.
4. It Will get automatically restart while playing music.
5. I visited 2 times your Service Centre ( NO.9, 27TH MAIN, I STAGE, I PHASE, BTM LYT RING ROAD, BANGALORE),but they are unable to resolve this issue and they told that they updated new software, but still no solution.
6. I also checked my mobile without memory card ( to Check virus issue) but still the same issue.
My. Request : -
1. Please change my mobile as it is still under warranty.
2. I am so depress after using this phone.
3. If you are unable to support me , please return the amount for provide me some exchange offer .

Handset replac¨¨ment i have buy a new mobile on 15-12-11 samsung gallaxy fit,after on date 23-12-11 lining show on display.than i show my mobile to samsung service centre. Complaint about mobile phone same problem persistted again RESPECTED SIR,
i had brought a samsung wave GT-S5253 on 09.07.2011 from vijay sales kharghar navi mumbai.and it was defected within 2 weeks about end key not working.i asked in samsung authorised service centre of panvel for its replacement.but they said that it cant be replaced because it is more than 4 days.but i found there that a person having a wave2.and he got his handset replaced as his handset was also within 2 weeks.and i after that have repaired my handset so many times.recently i have repaired my handset of same issue that is end key not working.so i want a satisfactoinary reply from you.and either i want my money refunded or handset replaced

I have purchased a new mobile (Model No GT-S5360 ) on 23-06-12, but this mobile was not working properly from first day onwards. I have shown it on your service center at C-Scheme( Ms. Virasat Communication) on 27-06-12. They told me that this set is having internal problem and need repairing.
I don’t want that my new set should be opened . As I am very old customer of the company and I want that this set should get replaced by company as it is a manufacturing defect. So why should I use defected set, Kindly help me in this regard and do needful so that my set gets replaced.

worst mobiles ever seen. dear sir/madam
Am SHODH from Bangalore. I bought Samsung galaxy S3 phone on 3rd Aug 2012 (Friday) by paying 38,000. As i bought in the evening i couldn't check the phone thoroughly and slept off. From Saturday am not getting any phones to my phone, while making incoming and outgoing calls display goes blank and couldn't receive or cut the phone, the phone is too slow and it hangs. As Sunday was friendship day i couldn't attend to my phone problem because i was busy with friends. Monday means 3rd day i have been to Samsung cafe with the problem. They thought the problem was in the settings so they factory reset the settings, but it couldn't solve the problem. So on Wednesday i took my phone to authorized Samsung service center in malleshvaram Bangalore on 8th august 2012. They said the problem is with the software and updated the software. But even it couldn't solve the problem, so they said the problem is in my SIM card on the same day. Even i changed my SIM card to new one. But again the problem was same, so again i took my phone to service center with the problem showing the new SIM card on 10th Aug 2012. They tried reinstalling the software, but it didn't help. So i asked for the replacement of phone, but they insisted to replace the phone saying the phone has no problem, and already three days past. Which means they could've replaced it if i went within 3 days. We will be having other work to do so we couldn't attend to our phone within 3 days, and even the previous days were Saturday and Sunday. They took 5 days to find out the problem (Still now my phone is in service center). Today (13th Aug 2012) the manager called me and said the problem is with the motherboard so they are changing the motherboard instead of replacing the phone. From the day 1 am getting the problem which means the product from factory has this problem. Which means so called trust worthy SAMSUNG sold the defect piece, that too their high end phone galaxy S3 which costs 38 thousand. Now your people are telling that you'll replace the motherboard. But the phone looses its value and quality when the screws of the phone opened. You are selling faulty piece to the costumer and asking them to adjust with the defect piece. If the phone has a problem from first day why cant this Samsung replace the phone with the new one with defect free? why do you irritate us like this? I don't want to remove any screws from my brand new phone which is just 5 days old. I want new phone (box piece) or the reimbursement of the complete money.

But one discrepancy observed that icons are not functioning when it is operated by S Pen, however same is smoothly working if it is operated by finger on screen.
This handset was purchased just 3 days back and this problem from beginning. Today same is explained at Samsung service center at Bhopal but they are unable to ressolve.
Seller is agreed to replaced with new piece based on confirmation from Samsung service center.
In such case I would like to replace my mobile with new one.
Request to look into.

REgarding the problem in my touch pad this is to inform u that I was have a problem in my touch pad and has get repaired with the samsung ,it has taken 3-5 months and again the same problem arise...........i have paid Rs.1200 - 1700/- for this .........
