My complaint is against Nokia company. I bought a new Nokia N73 mobile from the Mobile Store Tripliace, Chennai, INDIA on 14/08/08. I had problem with the mobile when from the very first day, next day I visited to the mobile store and told them that this mobile is creating problems like the mobile hangs while talking, it restart automaticaly, but the mobile store people were not ready to accept this, and told me charge the mobile for at least 2 hour in the off position then it will work fine but after doing this also conitues I faced the same problems and I complained for the same several times, but they were not listening at all.
But when I start shouting on the store they finally they accept that the problem is in the phone, I gave my mobile to the store on 15/09/2008, but now the mobile store people said me that since it is more then a month they are not able to replace the mobile. I just want to asked the mobile store people that why they people are making fool of us even the problem is in the set.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH MOBILE STORE IS VERY BAD, DON’T BUY MOBILE FROM MOBILE STORE.
