Hello,
If the problem is occurring again and again then it shows that it is a non repairable defect hence the parent company need to replace the faulty product with a new one or refund the whole amount. Send a written notice to the CMD of the parent company via registered post, mention all the details in it and attache all the supporting documents. Ask them for the replacement or refund because the fault is unrepairable (attach job sheets). Wait for 15-20 days for theie reply and if they will not reply you, then contact us again.
