I Had purchase a vediocon mobile from Surat throw bhatia's mobile shop from the date purchasing after 20 25 days my handset not working properly but after using it to continue 2 month i was tiered and submit it to their services center and after submitting it,there was no proper response i have done hundreds of call between two month in Videocon customer care and service center too but every cal is meaning less after two month i had got repaired handset.

approximatively i had use the repair phone one and half month and phone was again dead or it was freezes on 27 December on same day i was submitted in nearest service center i.e Accel Front line Limited Adajan Surat but stile there make me fool when ever i call they are telling me call us next week i had also launch a complain in videocon mobile customer care (To Mr.Vivek complain no :580220111) on 18/1/2011,hey also telling me that i have to wait now pleas tell how long i will wait as it was already taken 23 days my mobile details are follows
