Dear Sir,

My Nokia model no. 5310Express Music and IMEI no. 356870028520852. I was submitted the mobile for repair in Nokia care center “NRI COMMUNICATION, O – 19, 1st Floor, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi – 24 at 12/01/2011. They was given the estimated charge Rs. 3000/-(Three thousand) for repair. I received my phone at 15/01/2011 and he given bill. I was not checked all function at the time of receiving. Then reached at home. I checked my phone at home I found FM sound and Bluetooth not working. Then I went at nokia customer care center at 17/01/2011. The customer care executive told me, if you want to repair FM sound and Bluetooth, you will pay Rs.3000 more.
