I bought a "Black Body Nokia E-63 dated 13/07/2010" from "The Mobile Store Limited District center, Janak Puri".
"After 2 months my cell started to HANG", I was not even able to eve open its MENU.
I contacted Nokia Customer Care at Jail Road, they told me its software related issue so we need to update it and done as per said.
After 1month problem again started as stated above, at last I went to same customer care now shifted to TILAK NAGAR.
On December8, 2010 I logged a complaint regarding the same issue, they told me to submit the set.
on December21,2010 I got my cell back after software updated again but my cell body was loosen and keypad degraded due to handling at NCC.
On December22,2010 Again same hanging and cell body's poor quality problem I went back to NCC (Tilak Nagar) and contacted the Head Mr. Baljeet.
Then after 12 Dayst I got my cell swapped and got a new one, now even the new E-63 giving me same problem.
Today January14,2011 when I asked them why this is happening again and again, they said its happening in E-63 and E-71 as well, u just need to work on settings being told by us on your mobile.
I have paid Rs8949/- for the cell, if its not working on user settings(pre-installed) then whats the use of having those settings in the cell??
I can't accept that a cell can only works on a certain settings, the whole series is giving same problem as per NCC officials that means company robbed me indirectly by not giving the problematic details that there E-63 series is having""
Even now my battery giving less backup time then prior, as I have given my cell to NCC so how can I know that its backup is getting down or not..
I have gone through lot of physical and mental stress due to this matter, so I want NOKIA to compensate for my Time and Stress which I have gone through.
I have to resubmitted my cell even on January14,2011 for swapping, but NCC officials told same problem gonna occur even after 2 times your cell get changed/replaced.
Even company outlet at district center didn't let inform me about E-63 this problem even on pre buying query from Nokia Priority Center at District center, Janak Puri outlet.

As I'm a student of MCA, so don't have that much time to go to NCC again and again without getting my problem solved.
I want a new cell of Other model with same or higher features and compensation as well because I have went through a huge physical, financial and mental stress.
Today when I asked for my december8,2010 and october16,2010 job sheet numbers, they said consumer court officials will get them from NCC (Tilak Nagar) by own, so I'm not able to give you those job sheet numbers.
Waiting for quick addresing to my complaint, as I bought the cell after toiling very hard for money so please may consideration to my complaint.
