Dear Concerned,
This is to infrom you that one of my friend had bought Micromax mobile in feb 2010 and afer one month he had sold the same hand set to me with all the docments.
After 6 months of my purchase the mobile for faulty and I have given to the service centre for the same repated complaint and the problem is not getting solved.
We have ask for the replacement or better service both they are relcutent to do.
My handset is still under warranty and I hae got the original bill, service centre acknowledement copy that they have change the mother board of the handset which actually they have not done.
Now neither the service centre people nor micro max official and the mobile show room authority is helping us to solve the problem please suggest
