Respected Sir,

My Name is Vinoth.R and i am working in a small private concern in Chennai. I had bought a mobile in Sangeetha Mobile at AnnaNagar in 08/09/2009, and that mobile is covered with Insurance policy for a Year with Oriental Insurance. My Mobile was theft on 14 feb 2010 and i had applied for a insurance claim to the oriental insurance, later i came to know that the claim was approved by the insurance company, so i had approached to the sangeetha show room annanagar and i had a answer of "No Stock" so i had requested for some other model but they told me wait, every 2 weeks i had followed up to get a claimb but the same they repeated. Today (12/01/2011) i had went to sangeetha regional office in Chenna directly, there i came to know that the particular mobile model had stopped before 6 months and they forced me to buy some other failure model of micromax, as in the insurance policy mentioned (in the case of non availability of same model - have the option of similar model) so i requested for similar range of model in samsung mobile but they abused me and sent out of the office. so please i request you to take action on the sangeetha mobile and help me to get the claim as per my wish and i am mentally disturbed due to this issue so help me to get some compensation for this status.
