Dear Sir,
I have purchased SPICE QT56 mobile phone from bandra (E) on date – 01-07-2010. that phone is suddenly stuck and stop working on date – 01-11-2010.
i informed to service center located in boriwali.
they said it will take 10 to 15 days to get repaired from service center. i submitted mobile on date-01-11-2010 and they after severel reminder given that phone to me on date – 28-12-2010 in same condition to me saying it is now OK.
but when i came to home and check my cell phone it is dead.
i inform service center again and they told me to submit mobile to service center again. i submitted my mobile to service center on date – 02-01-2011. but same problem they not taking phone and there land line no. 64117055 is not working.
They are fooling me from 2 and half month.
Please do the needful.
