My Samsung mobile handset Model: 5233 (touchscreen) is out of order since 10th Nov'10. As its under warrenty, i submitt it at my nearest service branch (Allahabad bank chauraha-Jhansi) on 12th of Nov'10. Service center staff checked and told to return it within 10 days. Till now when almost 2 months is over i couldn't get my mobile set back. Even I call them at every alternate day, they tell we'll call back you to and confirm you but call never comes. I am fed up with this kind of service from Samsung. I have also contact 2-3 times regional incharge of service centre but no result.
