i want to draw your kind attention on my Genuine problem i m facing is that i have buyed and sony erricson handset (natie) in the month of march 2010 and after two month's of buying i started facing software and hardware issues i have submitted my handset 5 times in the service center and still the same issue is persisting. I have submitted 2 times in the rohini center and 3 times in the kamla nagar center and its still in the service center its now more than 6 month still they re not replacing my handset so its an humbel request to take an strict action againts them
