this is satya krishna i was purchased a sony Eriksson K790i mobile phone at cost 10,800/- in hotspot mobile show room in O.U Campus road in Hyderabad at date 08-08-2008 after i was purchased after one month it was getting flash light problem i was given to warranty servicing center more than ten times at last of my mobile expiring warranty they was changed my mobile mother board after 10 months i was faced network problem i was went to Sony Eriksson authorized servicing center in rajamendry in east godavari district in Andhra Pradesh at date sep 14 my work order no is SE10AM213159 they was delivered to my mobile at oct 16 for the servicing charge for network IC replacing Rs 1800/- after 14 days it was get same network problem i was gone back to the service center they taken my mobile for servicing with the same work order no SE10AM213159 it was delivered to me at 24- dec-2010 it was worked only three days got same problem they was told me it was not reparable i will not give your charge 1800/-
rite now my mobile is not working i want justice sir
