I purchased Nokia 7610 on 29 November 2008 from Kasan Bros Telecom, Shop No 1 & 2, Prabha Nivas, Ram Ganesh Gadkari Road, Opp ICICI cash point, Thane (W) 400601.
Total Amount Paid = Rs 11,085

The handset has a problem that its battery backup is very poor drains off quickly and the mobile get switched off many of times,there is a ringing tone issue while talking on slider volume is not audible, the entire processing of mobile is very slow, whenever any sms send or receive message time is invalid, there is a problem in transreceiver also.
It has been serviced at Nokia care thrice and it has been serviced at head office(Mumbai) also, but the problem in the handset remains unchanged which resulted into my handset being with Nokia care for more than three and half month.
Though being assured by Costumer care executive at Nokia care for replacement of handset it has not been done yet and I want replacement for the same, the list of hardship is endless so I am approaching consumer court for justice.
I WANT REPLACEMENT FOR THE HANDSET.
Hope i get the justice very soon.
