On 26th October 2008, I bought a mobile phone [Sony ericsson k550i], after few months i had a battery problem for which i had given it for servicing under warranty on 9th april 2009 to the authorized sony ericsson service center at
SALORA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

I am disappointed because the service provided was unsatisfactory, and non transparent from Solara international limited. The problem mentioned by them on the receipt was 'MOTHER BOARD REPLACEMENT' and they said that they will contact me as soon as the problem is resolved but after few days on not being received a call from them i made a telephone call from my side, to which they answered that your phone has gone for replacement. After some days again i made a call to them and this time they said your new phone has come so i went to collect it but found out that they are replacing my Sony ericsson k550i phone with G502. I was unhappy with this and called up sony ericsson customer care on 1800 11 1800 for the same and i was surprised to hear from them that they had sent the motherboard itself to SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. After this i registered a complaint on SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED to sony ericsson.

Again i personally visited SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED 2 times but but was not entertained satisfactorily. I called up sony ericsson customer care again 2 to 3 times regarding the complaint but was surprised again to hear different replies from them each time. I had requested both SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and SONY ERICSSON customer care to provide the new mother board as soon as possible or replace the phone with the same model but now it has been almost two months but i have not received a single reply from both of them. I have also submitted my mobile number to both of them but i have not received a single phone call from any one of them till date.
The contact person at SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED were Kiran Choudhary and Sujoy
The contact person at SONY ERICSSON customer care were Kuldip and Rucha.
I am also attaching a copy of original bill and a receipt from the SOLARA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.

As par your complaint we suggest you that send a written notice to the CMD of the parent company and the dealer, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution + damages as compensation within the mentioned time of 15-20 days. If you will not get any positive response from the parent company then contact us again, we will tell you the next step accordingly.

as suggested by you i did mail a written notice to the parent company on 2nd of june 2009, but till date [29th june 2009] i've not received a single reply from them yet....it has been 26 days now since ive written the notice and around 80 days that my phone is with them...

I purchase a w580 mobile 4 months ago and it has keypad problem and lot many other problems.I approached the pune service center and have deposited the mobile to them 1.5 months back.Till date i have not received it and every time i call and ask them the only ans i get is the mobile is not ready because the part is not available and would take time.
I am wondering why is it taking so much of time.
Could you please help me in this and let me know what can you do in this.

This is to inform you that I had purchased an Sony Ericsson Mobile Handset worth of Rs-8200, Set number-F305.
When i purchased it i face so many porblems ....as when i open the pack i found a scrachs in the phone then i go to the shop when i purchased it they says plz contact ur service center .with in 7 days phone charger was disable.........then i go to ur Service center and they replace it........then i told about the scrachs , phone porblem ..........they says they wnt to take the phone for some time ..........bt that time i havent any other set to use .........after one month Again go to ur service center but that time it was closed,,,,,,,,,,i go there minimum of 7 times but every time it was closed after that some 15 days latter again go there and take ur (Service centers Addres),,,,,,,,,they say they are not working any Free of cast work.........
After that i go to ur( 2 Ripon St) Service Center .And i am totaly stunt because there was no service center. Security Guard Give me some address & Ph number ............I Called up 2-3 Numbers but they not pick up the phone.........................
After ,,,,, findding the Address I go to ur R.V Avanu Service Center & told him total story.........He check the phone & told me he send it for replacement..........because it was to many porb.in short time .
After 5 days , from ur service center i received a massege that "ur set will be delever please take it from the service center".
After two days , i go to ur service center to take my phone. They asked to take some time .........
There After 3 days I received a Phone call .........They Saya i should pay Rs-3000 for repair the set .I told him it is in Warranty period..............only 4 monthas ago i purchased...........And m say that i can't pay the money....................Sony Ericsson Mobile .....................
