    Unhappy poor service/ product of Nokia

    i purchased mobile Nokia N79 from S.G Communication (Nokia Priority Dealer) Rohtak on 03-04-2009. but from the very first day it has problem regarding display backlight and loose back cover and when i pointed out the same to retailer he asked me to visit nokia care for after sale service. i visted the nokia care and they suggested to deposit the handset. i deposited the handset and backcover at nokia Care Rohtak on 11-04-2009. on 06-05-2009 after a gap of about 26 days nokia care returned back the mobile with a new fault i.e Naviwheel defective and when i pointed out the same to service engineer, he asked to come back after 7 days. but on 07-05-2009 the same fault (display backlight) again came. i went to nokia care and they again asked me to deposit the mobile and comeback after 25-26 days. i depoisted the mobile on 23-05-2009 at nokia care rohtak.
    The S.g communication has given me a used/secondhand/ defective mobile at the cost of fresh mobile i.e. Rs. 17600/-. I requested a n. of times to nokia to replace the mobile with newone or refund the amount but no fruitful results.

    I am really very disappointed by the service and products of nokia

    i purchase my handset on 17 dec. It is in care center from more than two months now
    firstly my set was hang after that network problem then no viberation and again no viberation
    they dnt treat me well am a student and mentaly tortured by them
    I am requesting u to change my handset this time
