    Smile Compliant on SAMSUNG Service Center

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I bought SCH-W619 Dual SIM CMDA/GSM mobile phone on 24/06/2008 from Sangeetha mobiles,C M H Road, Bangalore.Recently phone got display problem[White Screen] when the slide is moved very fastly.As soon as any key is pressed after the backlight going off, the phone comes back to normal working state.Being a technical person working on mobile industy, thought of upgrading the software, so that the problem will be solved,gave mobile to Samsung service center located at Domlur[Name:SAMSUNG cell solution]. After all explanation about the problem, they were not sure about the cause of problem, so they told, they will send the handset to head office and get it fixed.And in the work order sheet, it is clearly mentioned that "sometimes" the display is having problem.

    When i went on the delivery date, i was surpraised to see the phone with only white screen after boot up[Now,nothing can be done with the handset]. Now the service center is giving a new reason that water is logged in the mobile and the only way to solve the problem is to change the mother board for which they will charge[actually mobile is in warranty period].

    I tried calling service center, Manager of the center, but, nobody is taking the responsibility and just trying to push the handset to me.

    I doubt the service center, to make money, has done some malfunction on my phone and trying to cheat.

    I have reported the problem and the happenings thereon with the following persons

    ey are the worst serivice providers , the same case is here in New Delhi.
    I had bought SCH B-519 on 01.01.2010 few days later I found that its battery back up is poor, noise and missing calls showing wrong.
    I contacted on Jan 19, 2010 to Service Centre loacted at Kiriti Nagar they asked me to replace battery after 10-10 days I received a call and they were ready to chanage, when I crossed checked I found that they are replacing batter with 800mAh instead of 1000mAh. When i contacted Ser Center Mangaer Mr. Majeet he told that there is no problem with this battery and comptaible with ur handset. .

    I did not accept that, and contacted to Mr. Abdul Ansari i Samsung Servc Head Delh on Mb No.9971114863 .I was surprised to hear that the Samsung Servc Head Delhi is speaking the same tone.

    Now I have deposited my mobile to Samsung's Own Service center in Kalkaji , Nehru Enclave , Nehru Plcae.
    Problem is that no body pick up the phone 011-40641234[/QUOTE]

    Respected Sir/ Ma'am,

    I am a customer from Rajkot, Gujarat and last year I bought a Samsung phone (S3500) on 7th April, 2009. Before 15 days my cell phone incurred a problem and I showed the phone to the Service Centre in Rajkot and they said that a belt inside it is needs to be replaced but the belt is out of stock. Its been 15 days and they are saying that it will be available only after 2nd April.

    I would like to inform you that the service provided is very poor and it should be immediate. How is it possible that a service centre does not have a belt and does it take such a long time for the stock to arrive? The Company is losing on its goodwill just because the customers are not at all satisfied with the after sales service that it provides. I am seriously upset with the way the service is provided.I would also like to inform you that I am not at all going to pay the cost of that belt if it gets replaced after 7th April, when the warranty ends.

    I hope that you will kindly take this into notice and provide the service as soon as possible.If in any case you need to contact me my cell phone no. is 09429502480.

    Default Complaint not resolved since 3 months

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am a resident of kolkata. I had purchased a samsung double door refrigerator on 11th of January, 2010. On the delivery of the product i found that the paint of the lower handle was coming off. On advice of the retailer i had lodged a complain on 14th January,2010 at Samsung Customer Care. But there is no response from their side yet. I have already called them up 3 to 4 times. My reference no for the complaint is 8413204642.

    RKR INFOCOM,
    #102, Ground Floor,
    4th Block, Bangalore-560011,
    Tel - 080-32025265
    These guys do a very poor service.

    I bought S-3500 mobile on 1st January 2010 and the mobile was not working after 2 months, I gave for service on February last week but received only in the month of April (2nd week).

    Now 4 days back, again I was facing same problem. So I gave the mobile to service again. They are not even responding properly if i ask them the status or whats the issue.

    And also, If i ask why does it happen to new mobiles like this, they blindly give a statement like "all slide models will face this problem only. You should handle it very softly, slide open softly ans slide close softly. So we cannot assure it will be fine all time it will be fine."

    Now since 3 days they are not even responding my call properly. Please suggest what needs to be done next. Will I get my phone replaced or i will get the same buggy piece saying repaired, for which i got to visit these support ppl every month once.

    I too bought Samsung Corby mobile on 23/02/2010, from The mobile Store Ltd, Mount Road Chennai (Invoice no TN/1962/00001/2018, IMET: 358039036383756) . The mobile battery was not even lasting for few minutes, so I sent it for repair, I was given back after repairing, but I was surprised to note that the problem was not solved. So I sent it back for repairing it again which I was told that there are some major issue with the mobile, motherboard has to be changed & the same will be given back after 10 days. The work order no is WA58221030259 dated 11/08/2010, but till date(01/09/2010) nither I have not got the mobile back nor I have been updated about the status of the same. when ever i call for teh status they simply say that the parts are not available.The customer service is pathetic, I will never recommend any body to buy Samsung products.

    Thumbs down Samsung mobile -Problems

    Samsung mobile is good but service centre is very very worst...i gave my nobile in autorised samsung service centre "technocare" old no.142,new no:64, 1 st floor habibullah road t.nagar ch-17 the service centre having only one contact no. The no. Also no one picking the call .they staff all are speaking wastely .they nt doing work properly.they spoil the image of samsung product.no one says the service is good.i gave my mobile on 20/09/10 simple speaker problem .still today(21/10/10) i am not recieved my mobile daily i am going to service centre they saying i ll give tomorrow daily they saying the same...i dont know how i get my mobile back?i told all my friends,relatives whoever i know dont buy samsung mobile

    I HAVE PURCHASED A SUMSUNG MOBILE PHONE MODEL E2120l, SL. NO. RW3Z588923R ,IMEI NO. 352581045554303 ON 10.09.2010 FROM SAMINA TELECOM & ELECTRONICS , 32 CHANDNEY CHOWK STREET, KOLKATA-72. AFTER FACING PROBLEM WITH THE MOBILE I BROUGHT IT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE ( CAPITAL ENTERPRISE(P) LTD , 12,J.L.NEHRU ROAD, UNDERGROUND ESPLANADE METRO RAILWAY STATION, KOLKATA- 13) ON 7/1/2011 FOR THE RECTIFICATION OF THE ERROR(HANG ON LOGO-AS DETCTED BY SERVICE PEOPLE). BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT RECTIFIED IT AND AS THE MOBILE IS WITHIN WARANTY PERIOD THEY WILL SEND IT TO H.O. FOR REPLACEMENT WITH A NEW ONE. 10 DAYS TIME WAS GIVEN FOR THE REPLACEMENT. BUT TODAY ON 19/1/11 THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE REPLACED MOBILE WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE MONTH OF MAY. WHEN I OBJECT THEY BEHAVE VERY RUDLY SAYING "IF U WISH U MAY COMPLAIN TO H.O.. WE DONT'T BOTHER" . SIR/MADAM U KNOW THAT MOBILE IS MUST IN OUR LIFE. IT IS IMPOSSILE FOR ME TO BEAR FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT MOBILE. SO, I AM REQUESTING U TO ARRANGE TO REPLACE THE MOBILE IMMDTLY AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE SERVICE CENTRE TO MAINTAIN THE BETTER RELATION WITH THE CUSTOMER (AS EVERYONE PRESENT THERE WAS EXPRESSING THEIR GRIEVENCE AGAINST THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR THEIR BAD SERVICE & BEHAVIOUR).

    Unhappy One of my laptop usb port is not working

    From the day of purchase of my samsung laptop model no.rv515,taken from vijay sales ,from that day one of the single usb port is not working..so itss almost 10 days before i bought it. So tell me hw i can recover to that....asap.....
