    Default Complaint - Mobile not working - Invoice No: P.BES/4170 dt. 14.09.2011

    I had purchased Samsung Mobile Model No: B7722 (IMEI No: 355317042580810) on 14.09.2011 from Univercell, Besant Nagar Outlet. Since the mobile was not functioning, I had given to the outlet on 20.09.2011 (Service Request No: 5950) with a problem recorded as "Hanging Problem and Software Problem". The instruement was returned on 12.10.2011. However, with the same problem persisting, I returned the instruement to the Outlet on 13.10.2011. The Service Request Form No: 5960 mentioned the issue as "Phone Not Working". The Instruement was returned to me yesterday (03.11.2011) but the problem remained unsolved (The Instruement still not working).

    When the issue was agitated with Univercell, I was advised to contact your Service Centre, T. Nagar. You will please appreciate the suggestion was not in order as Univercell are required to service and settle the issue to the satisfaction of the Buyer. Since I have not been able to use the Instruement at all after purchase, I would request you to either replace the phone with a new Instruement forthwith or refund the amount immediately.

    In the event of the issue not being resolved to my satisfaction within the next 48 Hours, please be advised that I would be forced to seek redressal through appropriate Consumer Forum.

    Thumbs down Complaint for late delivery of phone when given for service

    i have given my I-9000, Galexy S, for service, my display sensor was not working, i hv given my phone to service center at rajkot, Gujarat, India. they were not responding well, they were saying tht after 15 days my phone will be serviced, i have paied 24000 for this phone and yor service is worst, can i complaint in Consumer court ???? plz do reply soon so i can take action !!!

    i bought a samsung monte phone and it does not catch network of any company sim i went to haba telecare faridkot punjab (samsung service centre) and they said we will have to replace mother board and asked me to wait for few days till they recieve it . now even after 16 days they donot have board what should i do they even donot pick up phone 01639500010 my phone is lying dead what is the use of warranty when it is expired just like this samsung is the worst company

    I complained to the samsung service centre regarding my airconditioner,on 16.04.2012 ,complaint no being 8422922369, its been 4 days & they are yet to call me back to fix an appointment, have been calling them time & again ,but the staff promises to call back in half anhour & dont.i have called them a dosen times yesterday & they are yet to respond., wondering why they sell the products with the promise of service when they dont want to respond.!!!

    I have bought the SAMSUNG Mobile C3222. But soon after buying it , I have seen various problem in it , especially in its software . Frequently the display shows nothing .
    Time and again I have complained to the Dealer and three times my hand set has been sent to the Agartala Service Centre . Every time the authorety have gone through some
    repair but to my utter vexatian the problem again starts . At last on 15/03/2012 . I have again went the nearest Service Centre but of no avail . At present in a dilema what I should do with this handset.



    You are requested to do the needful. I shall be grateful to you for any of your kindnes.
